KOTA KINABALU: Parti Bersatu Rakyat Sabah (PBRS) has postponed its elections, scheduled for next year, to an indefinite date.
The decision was made at a closed-door meeting of the party's supreme council, Wanita executive council and Youth executive council chaired by party president Tan Sri Joseph Kurup here, said party secretary-general Datuk Dr Johnson Tee.
He said the elections were postponed to pave the way for the party to hold various programmes, including a massive rally in the interior, next year.
The annual divisional meetings would be held as scheduled next year, he added.
